Shipping policy

JYFN Shipping & Local Meet-Up Policy

Production Time
Most JYFN items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production after your order is confirmed and, when applicable, artwork is approved. Weekends and holidays are not included in production time.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $8 and typically takes 3–5 business days in transit after production is complete. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $15 and typically takes 1–2 business days in transit after production is complete. Selecting Express shipping does not shorten the production time for made-to-order items.

Local Meet-Up
FREE local meet-up is available at checkout for customers within eligible Richmond-area ZIP codes. When your order is ready, JYFN will contact you to arrange a convenient meet-up location. Please do not travel to the business address shown on any order documentation unless a meet-up has been specifically arranged.

Tracking & Delivery
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Carrier delays that occur after an order has been shipped may be outside of JYFN’s control.
